I ordered the arrangement "love medley" arrangement with the description:
What arrived was 18 large roses in a plain clear vase with some greens and baby's breath. When I called and asked them what was up the guy basically told that was the upgraded arrangement. I would not have paid $20 for the arrangement. There were no accent roses and it was so underwhelming that I can say with confidence that this is the worst flower purchase that I have ever made, and I have made a lot.
Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from these people, you will regret it and they will rip you off.

I had Michael's deliver some flowers to a friend who was having a bad day. I checked online, and they would have been delivered the next day. After calling, the guy was super helpful and friendly, and they were at her house within 45 minutes! And, apparently, they were gorgeous!
Wow, this place is the worst. I made an order today for an arrangement and paid extra for the upgrade to premium and they basically gave me a $30 arrangement for $85. I will never ever buy anything from this place again.
