Super easy to access. Very secure. I love that I can pick my own entry code and it was easy to move any time of day because the units are well lit inside and out. Reasonable rates and it is very clean and secure. You can use the kiosk or meet the proprietor on site!!
New and clean facility, code gated, camera's, and owners seem to be very caring and provide great customer service! Glad I picked Big Mini!
Contacted store owner with questions regarding a 10x15 space. Got back to me promptly. I asked if it would fit a car. He even offered to build ramps to help prevent my car from bottoming out.

Great place! The lot itself is fenced off with individualized codes (it says your name on the screen as you're coming in and going out), which is a nice security feature in my eyes. The whole place is very clean - no litter on the lot, the gravel is well maintained, and the units themselves are spotless. The doors open easily, and the walls go all the way to the top (which is pretty high, another nice feature to help you pack in more). Well lit, and the self-service kiosk is a nice touch considering I forgot to bring locks with me. It's a little bit of a drive from Rochester, but well worth it in my opinion.
